Only about half as depressed as I would feel in a world without zinc.

You know, it's not really fair for you (notice it's "you" and not "u") to ask a question and not answer it yourself. As far as your question goes, it's kinda pointless since we will always have cartoons and animation of some form, unless something tragic like the end of the world occurs.
Also, might I suggest you read Teh Rules (if you haven't already) and follow the sage advice and wisdom it contains, they are the rules after all.

I'd probably read more books and play more video games. And my anime DVDs would probably be replaced with a WHOLE lot of live action stuff. I'd probably study more too, which I could use right now.

Thank you for the illegible bright blue. It really does add a lot of character to your messages :S.

Then all there would be to watch is reality TV and news/political shows.
I'd go homicidal.

if something i liked did not exist in the past, then it would've been filled up by another hobby.
it's almost like thinking about how people met up before the development of cell phones.

I told you, Angel Lily, that blue was kinda...hum...I dunno, xD.
About the question. Well, as we're supposing that manga neither would exist (because then, the answer would be obvious)...Hum....A few more of reading my ever freaki'n stories (with Apocalypsis and dark knights ), a few more of videogames, computers, and, er...
After all, I don't like Japan for their anime, I like the anime because it's from Japan. I guess I still would be interested in their other things, hehe .

I'd probably have alot more time to do other things. Still I think if that scenario ever happened it would suck.

I would most likely read more and spend more time on my studies like I am supposed to(still haven't done my little Spanish 3 essay). And I would get over depression faster because anime slows down the process. I always figure it out the hard way
