Venture Brothers needs more love. That's the most genius thing Williams Street's done in a long, long time (and this coming from a serious fan of...just about everything else they've put out).

Saw the first episode tonight. It has its funny moments, but the sound is so horrible. I can't stand how they use BGM, and the voice acting is off. It has an fun concept (made even more fun by my childhood memories of Johnny Quest) but I hope they do improve some of the sound qualities and lose the lame sex humor; the whole innuendo bit at the beginning should have never been taken from Family Guy.

I wouldn't make too much of it. Consider the time of year. These are prime weeks to go away on vacation, and college age people might be doing something else these last few weeks before they have to go back to school.
Also, any older high school kids who had a little more leeway as far as staying up late during the summer are going to have to start going to bed earlier soon. Some parents might have already insisted that they start getting back into their schoolyear pattern again, and they'll be having to start presetting their VCRs shortly.
I have a feeling ratings will go up a bit again after Labor Day when summer vacations are over and everyone's back home, and keep in mind ratings will always be lower compared to the summer once classes are back in session and students have to start taping.

No chance of that since it's so successful. I happen to love Sealab.

While I like InuYasha, I feel Wolf's Rain is a much better show.

I mean on the Weekdays. Not the weekends, of course the anime comes on the most on Saturday.

Only...new Sealab eps air on Sundays...which isn't during the normal week.

Apparently they only care about the weekends. And don't mind what happens on the Weekdays. Oh well.

They probably care about Toonami ratings for the weekdays.
Weekend ratings are when the new AS eps air, so that's why they probably care if they should bother continuing to show particular shows or not.
