The www.animenewsnetwork.com address isn't recognised
MY ISP (BT) offers a
With the system automatically selecting the .uk address for people surfing in from the UK, it makes it impossible to access the site, unless you use a proxy. The US and AU domains work for me using a proxy, but trying the UK tab I get

A similar thing is happening today.
I say similar in that I have to go through a web proxy to access the site, but at the moment if I try and use my browser (Firefox or IE) and access Anime News Network directly... I get "Firefox can't find the server at www.animenewsnetwork.com." However http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ indicates that the site is up and running, unlike my initial complaint. Is there a problem with the DNS or something? My ISP is BT. EDIT: Please ignore. Flushing the DNS appears to have fixed it. |
