I seen this manga about 9 years ago. It's about this old man who's always up to mischief. His buddies are a short bald guy and a young guy. It's slapstick humor like Garfield. It's in japanese so I doubt it's translated. The manga is easy to understand.

Is it from Dark Horse, and does it involve Light Bulbs?

I only seen two books of this series. It's really just slapstick humor and there is no real story. It's like the comic strips from the newspapers. I remember some of the strips. The old man is driveing and his stops to pick up a dollar and when he turns around he sees a huge carcrash he caused. Another one is when he's at the libary and he's reading a book. He goes outside to laugh hard and a man looks at him confused. Another one is when he's at the park and he sees a dude in the bushes. He tells the guy off( I'm not sure because it's in J ) then the dude stands up and he's really a giant and he kicks the old man's ass. It's like this. The only plot I saw was when he and his friends warp to fuedal Japan and they get stuck in a war or something. I'm sure it's Japanese only so Dark Horse comics is not involved.
