i'd like to know how i can delete my account because i do not use this website anymore. so someone please...a little help

Why does it even matter? If you don't use the site, just leave the account to gather dust and never come back again.

Well, unfortunately there isn't really such a function in the system. You can leave an account inactive, even clear it of valid information if that's what you're concerned about, but once an ID exists in the system it will remain there, whether active or not.

I tend to save terms like "attention whore" for very special occasions, but I think I just found one. Every single post by Almaapple has been about deleting the account. Just be quiet and go away. Then it will almost be like you experienced a painless, unobtrusive death. And then we can go back to ignoring your pointless existence.
