Would it be possible to add a link on the user info page to their anime lists (if public of course)?
The way things work at the moment, you have to navigate from the forum to the public anime lists and then search that long page for one particular user name. It would be a lot faster if you could just click on the user's name on the forum, then on their info page click on their anime lists and presto.

There is a bit of a shortcut method for getting to an individual's MyAnime list. Take the following link (minus the bracket):

[animenewsnetwork.com/MyAnime/?user=X

replace X with the screen name of that individual, and open it. Doing so provides a faster way to look things up than dredging through the list of all publicly viewable accounts.

Note: This only works on MyAnime lists that are set to public. Otherwise, you'll receive a message saying that the list is inaccessible to public viewing.

You could probably add this to the Encyclopedia Suggestion List, but I must say that most users probably don't have a public anime list. It would be extremely awkward to have a link that most of the time would lead you to nowhere.

It would be nice if whenever a user volunteers to make his/her MyAnime list public, a new button beside his/her profile and pm buttons (the ones below our posts) could appear. Currently, I copied Selenta's tweak on the system and added myanime list address as my website.

True, but those are probably also the users who don't post much on the forum either.

Good tip on setting one's URL to the anime list. I'll do that too. I just copied all my comments on the anime I've watched from other forums, which I hope will be useful to others.

Oh, that would be another suggestion for the Encyclopedia then: linking to the comments of ANN users (for those who have commented on a particular anime of course).
