Not too familiar with this phonebook--it had Lupin III and Crayon Shin-chan. It looks like they're starting to take more serious topics ("Cults, capital punishment, teenage pregnancies and North Korean abductions"). This is to encourage the main audiences of manga to be more interested in news, while it attracts the news audiences because of the serious...ness. It's also holding a manga version of the nonfiction book by the older sibling of one of the Japanese abducted by North Korea... Just thought that might be interesting.[/url] |
