Well I just finished His and her Circumstances it and was wondering if anyone knew if they were planning on making more of the anime or do you just have to go out and buy the manga?

I'm afraid we almost certainly won't be seeing any more Kare Kano anime, thanks to a dispute between Gainax and the mangaka. But you can always read the manga--Tokyopop's up to volume 8 (of 13).

That's really a shame, I really was hoping for more of it. I guess I'll just have to read the manga. Thanks for the help.

Yeah, the anime ended when they ran out of manga. The mangaka said they couldn't make more, she wanted to write the story.

Lucky for you, the latest volumes of Kare Kano being released are the first bits of storyline that happen after the ending of the anime.

I has the same thoughts after I finished it, but I'm excited to read the rest of the story now that the manga is out.

That makes not that much difference to me. I liked the manga better anyways.

I liked the way the anime ended..
It defintiely wandered a little bit at the end...4 re-cap episodes was a little excessive and some of the side stories could've been developed a little more...I guess they were low on money.
KK is defintiely one of the least animated series I've ever seen.
That's not to say I didn't love it
