Starting Mar. 6th Sat. at 7p.m. PT/10p.m. ET International Channel (i-channel.com) will be running Tenchi Muyo in Love '96
,the next week Tenchi - The Daughter of Darkness '97, and then mar. 20th Tenchi Forever '99 and March 29th Ah! My Goddess (2001).
Also they've moved the the last esp. of El Hazard the Alt. World to Sat march 6th at 9:30p.m. PT and from what I can tell by their program schedule Fushigi Yugi is starting over, because last week was the last OVA esp.

It varies depending on where you are.

Check your local TV listings for "ITV" or the "International Channel".

The International Channel,(i-channel.com) is just one of those cute little channels that get tucked-away in the upper band numbers of most cable nets usualy after the sci-fi or the History channel. I didn't know about it until one sunday I just happened to find them running a droma with eng-subs, but that was years ago.
Your best deal would be is to sign up for their monthly e-newsletter that mostly isn't sent out until the first of the month. My guess is even they don't know what will be on that month until it happens.
And don't ask them to run more anime in Japanese with eng-sub cause they always tell me that it up to the provider of the anime, they can't even control the episode that will be run that night, the Fushigi Yugi series they're running now first ran esp. one in Japanese, with no sub, the next (this) week they ran esp. one again with eng-dub, Black Heaven skipped esp four, and there is no telling if they'll run the series again so we can pick-up that esp for our own taping of it.

The last time I watch I-Channel is that they air stupid commericals about medicenes or something. Unless they changed their ad policy or something.
