dot-anime.us is looking for workers in the Seattle, WA area to work at the Bandai Visual USA & Broccoli USA booth during Sakura Con 2008.
Here is the job description * * * * * Job details: * Assist Broccoli and Bandai Visual staff with selling merchandise * Set-up help - put tags on merchandise, display merchandise, put fliers in bags, etc. * Pass out fliers to event attendees * Pull and bag merchandise * Clean-up help - put away merchandise, clean up booth, etc. Applicant preferences: * Knowledge of Japanese animation (anime) or comic books (manga) a definite plus * Friendly, out-going personality * Retail experience a plus * Able to work all day standing * MUST be able to provide own transportation to the Washington State Convention & Trade Center (800 Convention Place, Seattle, WA 98101-2350) Dates & Hours: March 27 (Thu) 11am - 7pm March 28 (Fri) 9am - 7pm March 29 (Sat) 9am - 7pm March 30 (Sun) 9am - 7pm Two one-hour lunch and break times will be scheduled. Compensation: $80 per day Other information: * Transportation costs such as bus fare, mileage, and parking will not be reimbursed. * A pass (ticket) to the convention will be provided. * Snacks and drinks will be provided in the booth. Food at the convention center will be expensive, so it is recommended that you bring your own lunch. * Staff t-shirt will be provided. Please wear jeans & a light jacket. * Please wear comfortable shoes.
