I don't watch hentai, that's too weird for my tastes, but i really love romance in anime, and it could be a great relationship, or physical loving. I recently watched Boku wa Imōto ni Koi o Suru: Secret Sweethearts - Kono Koi wa Himitsu and I "liked" it... not that it was bro and sis, but the situations they were in, and i "like" these types of situations whether it's animated, live-action, or written. But then again, i don't know if i'd still "like" it if the girl was drawn as a hideous beast, is there something wrong with me?
[EDIT: I can barely understand your post. But based on what I think you're trying to say, I changed your title to make a little more sense based on your comments and the replies from other users. Please try to be a little more concise through better wording next time. Thanks. -TK]

YES!
There is something incredibly wrong with you... (You're seeking help from a bunch of strange people that you don't even know.) lol
On a more serious note...
If somethings wrong with you; you're not alone...
If I don't like the art style of an anime, romance especially, I have a very hard time "getting into the story" (notable exceptions are the ridiculously AWESOME Honey and Clover, and Noein).
I don't know, I think it's human nature to be repulsed by the 'hideous', and attracted to that which we deem beautiful--- regardless of the situation in which they are associated with...

I haven't seen the series in question but I did highly enjoy the R-rated love making scenes in Blue Gender, Rumbling Hearts, and to a lesser degree of dirty details in School Days (those are more tame), so I know where you're comming from. They're fine as long as they serve the storyline and the consumation of a great relationship is fullfilling I think. It's good to see series that don't dance arround the matter.
Also one of the bigger heavy hitters in the taboo romance sub genre is Koi Kaze which I liked and consider a masterpiece though I doubt I could force myself to sit through that again.

If you like taboo watch,Boku no Pico. You will never look at hentai the same way again, ever. There is a hentai named Slave market that has a crazy ending. One hentai I could never get a copy of was Guy:double target. It was drawn so well.It shouldn't have been a ero,oh well.
So,No.Tons of people have seen worse than Boku wa Imōto ni Koi o Suru.
