They probably called you a "spammer." A spammer is someone who posts some kind of disruptive, obtrusive, or otherwise bothersome material with no other purpose in mind than to annoy or attract attention to themselves. By what I've seen in your posts, they're probably calling you a spammer because of your very poor grammar and spelling. One of the rules for the ANN forums is that we require (not perfect, but legible) writing skills:
And yes, that "Teh" is mis-spelled on purpose. We don't expect perfection, but at least use spellcheck or try to make a more concerted effort in proofreading your posts. If you can't present yourself in a somewhat decent manner, then no one will take you seriously in return. Just some advice for you to consider. Good luck. |

Even if your posts are a little poor, no one but ANN's staff or moderators should be sending you any kind of PM to that effect. That type of behavior is not permitted here. We have moderators such as Tony K. who handle all the moderation, and we do not allow regular readers to "take the law into their own hands."
If English is your first language, could you please put a bit more energy into creating intelligent, purposeful posts? -t |
