I apologize if this has been posted about already (or answered elsewhere). I looked around and couldn't find my answer so I decided to just post it here.

When adding links (unofficial fan sites) for anime/manga series does the site have to be your own or can I also add in links of fan sites that I randomly find or know from searching? Thanks.
