It's confirmed that there will be an anime OAV of the .hack//G.U. trilogy coming on Janaury 25, 2008 in Japan.

Yeah, Anime Nation must be a little behind. This was announced by CyberConnect 2 over a month ago. It'll probably be as condensed as the manga which is a bit disappointing.
