I do believe I've seen that footage before... as I remember, it's from when Ico was going to be a PS1 game, but then they ported it to the new system.

... I'm suddenly very worried for the release date for Last Guardian. Confused

Wow. I loved ICO and Shadow of the Colossus. Both really gorgeous games.
