which world would you choose?

Personally, I would love to live in the world of Hunter X Hunter. I just love the premise of all the different kinds of hunters and how you get hired to do jobs and stuff, like mercenaries. I think that would be really awesome. And you would get to see them all walking around and stuff.

Coming in close second I would have to choose Pokemon/Digimon. I think it would be incredible to live in that world. Just picture driving to your friends house and you look into the woods as you drive by and instead of seeing a squirrel you see a Rattata running through the underbrush. And you could fight your friends. And instead of learning math and stuff in school you could learn about Pokemon battling and the like.

So what anime's world would you think would be cool to be a part of?

I think i would choose to live in the world of GUNDAM!!!! yeah being able to pilot one of the Gundams would kick ass.

Coming in a tie for 2nd would be the worlds of Bleach and Naruto i think those to are pretty much self explanatory. Pokemon or Digimon would be cool to. Shocked

The first anime that came to mind when I saw this topic was The Twelve Kingdoms. Sure it's devoid of modern technology and all that, but I'd love to live in such a place, as long as it is one of the kingdoms with a good ruler, such as En or Kei. It would be a simple life, unless I were some sort of official, of course.

Other anime that come to mind are Mushi-Shi, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Le Chevalier D'Eon.

In the case of Mushi-Shi, I'd love to live in a place as pretty as it is presented in the anime. I think I'd want to be a Mushi Master like Ginko, as I love the whole concept of the Mushi, and I love to help people.

In FMA's case, I'd love to be a State Alchemist. I love the concept of alchemy as it is presented in that series.

Finally, I'd love to live during the time period that is in Le Chevalier D'Eon, I'd especially like to be some sort of official in the French court. Everything is so formal, I think I'd really like it. Plus, I might get to use a sword. Smile

Cowboy Bebop

Something about a furturistic bounty-hunter lifestyle has allways appealed to me. I know you said the world of one anime, but liveing in Cowoy Bebops world, I could finally be able to pursue that lifestyle, because of the way space and travel is set up. I know some may not agree and it may look rough to the eye (barely getting by, food, money, repairs, etc.) but something has always drawn me to it. As with the actual world of Cowboy Bebop, I like the designs and overall feel of the cities. Even though some of it looks rough around the edges and maybe not to safe it still strangely appeals to me.

I used to think this was a silly question until I watched all of Cardcaptor Sakura...
I would love to live in her world, and be a member of her household. So cheery, mostly normal, fun up-beat people. It's hard to not want to be around that, right?
Her whole family, dad, brother, all the friends, just such fun.

I would love to live in the world of Haibane Renmei. I was just entranced by the simple beauty that radiates from every aspect of this series, and Old Home and the town of Glie just look so peaceful that I think I'd be quite happy there. Provided they had internet, although they probably don't.

Speaking of which, I'd also enjoy living in the world of Ghost in the Shell, since they have so many cool technological things, and their internet is actually like a virtual world. Can you imagine the RPGs they must have?

I'd like to join you if you don't mind. Wink

The worlds of Mushi-Shi and ARIA would be my top two choices. I love the luscious green forests and rolling mountains of the Mushi-Shi world. Don't forget the possibility of the appearance of a mushi! Oh, wouldn't that be a fantastical experience? Anime smile

As for ARIA, why not? First of all, you're living on Mars. Second, gondolas! For those of you who have read the manga and/or seen the anime, just think about visiting all of those fanciful settings or watching the sun rise or set over the water. I wouldn't mind riding around with Akari while eating some good ol' baked potatoes! Anime catgrin

I'd probably live in Lodoss from Record of Lodoss Wars , I love the medeval era and combined with the interesting events that happen at the time... well I think that It'd be exciting and fun.

And I also thought about the twelve kingdoms, because of its setting and beautiful world.

I would want to live in the world of Eureka 7. I mean, hoverboarding and mechs. What's not to like? Except maybe the Coralians.

One Piece would also be cool, because pirates are awesome Anime hyper. Not to mention all the different powers you could get from cursed fruit.

Eureka 7 would be awesome! I would love to hoverboard and surf the waves, though I'd probably get a heart attack from all the explosions.

One Piece I get, but why yu yu hakusho? Demons running around possessing people, and there's only one Spirit Detective! How's that supposed to help? (Unless there are others in other parts of the world maybe).

I've seen HXH, so I can understand that one. But for those who haven't seen OP or YYH, just saying "that would be cool" or "it's self-explanatory" is meaningless when a guy like me has no clue what you're talking about Anime smallmouth.

At least give some kind of aspect or description of those worlds you mentioned. Who knows? If you make a good enough comment, it might even get other people intrigued to check it out themselves.
