Hey peeps,
I've been trying to find out information about what's happening with Kiriko Nananan's Sweet Cream and Red Strawberries that was supposed to be released end of last year by Central Park Media (I think? So difficult to figure out the details). Someone on some board said that Sweet Cream and Red Strawberries is actually Pale Pink that CPM was going to release in 2005 but never did.
I can see Pale Pink on Amazon and it looks like it was published, but I can't find a single copy on sale anywhere so it's possible that it never was. I can't find any info for either of these books anywhere, even the original Japanese names would be useful but nothing.
Anyone know anything about them?
I want more josei, other than BL. Any other recommendations would also be much appreciated.

There really is not a lot of info out there for that title. I looked on Amazon and found Sweet Cream and Red Strawberries available for pre-order. It says it will come out May 30th, 2007. But since I don't always trust Amazon, I checked around the Graphic Novel Comparison Chart on AoD and it doesn't look like it has been dropped at all so Amazon might be right. And I think they'll keep the title since I haven't seen it called Pale Pink anywhere.
As for josei recommendations, I'm no help there. Outside of NANA or Tramps Like Us I haven't seen anything. Can you tell I don't read josei?

I looked at TRSI and they don't have a listing for either title.
As for josei titles...can't help you there!

We're in the same boat, I've been asking this question since last September... When they had the release date set at September 30th, and then January 30th, and now May? I'm not holding my breath for a release...
