There are shows that don't state or state incorrectly objectionable content and I just want to add info for them.

For those that don't state: Objectionable Content is one of the options that you can select to add.
For those that are incorrect: Once someone has added the OC rating, that option disappears from the option list. Instead, report the current one and in your report, specify what you believe it should be.

Does it always have to be for the original Japanese? Because if not then Shin Chan should have an "Objectionable Content: Intense" for the FUNimation version.

I don't know enough about Shin Chan, so I'll attempt to answer it this way:
Yes, it should be the rating for the Japanese version. However, if the FUNimation version is heavily edited (which, as I said, I wouldn't know about) and is more obscene in some way, it may warrant its own page.
Which brings me to this question for clarification: what makes the translated version more offensive than the original?
