These are not "new" characters - they are just what was in the movie.
For the sake of spoilers (and to make people go see the movie) they've waited 2 weeks before publsihing the info. There was also product announcements too - the Red Gundam and the 2 leads are getting Figure Rise Standard releases in late spring / summer |

Isn't Shuichi Ikeda in his 70s, even before all of the recent controversies surrounding him Tohru Furuya mentioned he couldn't keep voicing young Amuro anymore. |

Honestly I have a hard time mentally acclimating myself to the idea of Takemitchy voicing Char. Like, I know Yuki Shin's voice and I can't hear him as Char at all. I wonder if Ikeda had any involvement in choosing a new Char voice?
I love the designs and voices for the female cast. |

What even are these character designs? They look so distant from Gundam, then you have literally old school Gundam type designs right below them. Then there's the series title... how do you even pronounce that?

I really wonder what happened to them in this timeline. Presumably, Amuro was still in the shelter. As for Kamille, his life was also probably completely different, but if it went similarly, could he have joined one of these mobile suit battle teams? He was a junior mobile suit champion, after all. |

G-Kwux. Rhymes with "crux". The title itself comes from "quux", which is a purposefully nonsense word utilized for metasyntactic variables in computer programming. No, I have no idea what this means either. I'm just repeating what I've heard. |
