I'm guessing the maid and the blonde are romantic interests?

spoiler[Nah, the maid is not a love interest. Dude flirts compulsively, but just because he thinks that's the polite thing to do (it's a running joke), he's dedicated to his fiancée.]

Excited about this one, though, it's got a very laidback sense of humour.

Bit late, but spreadsheet updated. Only the second Narou story from 2021 to get an anime announcement.

…You know, we still don't have an airdate for Rebuild World, a year and a half after it was announced. Or Tsuyokute New Saga, over two years after it was announced, despite the fact it was originally supposed to air Summer 2023. I looked through my spreadsheet's history, and those are the two yellow titles that have been there the longest.

Sounds like a cool concept. Looking forward to it.

Ideal Sponger Life (announced 12/23) is also creeping up there in terms of length of time without any further word about it.

And that's not even #3 on the rankings of "longest time as a yellow title" -- it's at least #8.

In fact, three of them were announced at one event, the "Sneaker Bunko 35th Anniversary Festa!" in September 2023. Magical Explorer, The Insipid Prince's Furtive Grab for The Throne, and The Neat and Beautiful Girl at My New School Was My Childhood Friend Whom I Blah Blah were all announced then. According to ANN's archives, not a word on any of them since, and certainly no release windows.

(Mushoku no Eiyuu is next after those, having been announced a week or two afterward. Again, nothing. #7 came later in October.)
