Can't access Talkback section

Whenever I try to enter Talkback, I get the following error message;

We're terribly sorry but an unexpected error occured while generating this page.
A notification has been automatically sent to the webmaster and he'll look into the matter as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding.

Doesn't matter if it's Chrome, Firefox or Edge, or whether I'm logged in or not, or using vpn or not.
The links in the articles to the individual threads work fine.

Yeah I get that same problem too whenever I tried to access "View your posts" or looked at any talkback thread(s), and I use both Chrome and Edge , and my cookies and site data on my Chrome browsers has already been cleared recently, and yet I still get that error message, no matter what (the same happened on Microsoft Edge browsers). Can somebody from ANN technical look into this???
