Don't know what to say but this is possibly the first time that I've seen a review of hentai/18+ doujinshi's on ANN... so yeah

Yeah, that's what I want to say. I can't think of a time ANN would review a 18+ hentai/pornographic stuff as far back as my memory served. Also note: I feel free now that I'm released from moderation. Yep, this is my first non-moderation post. |

Have they? Because I was looking at Shelf Life and I don't think they ever touched hentai (correct me if I'm wrong), and I can't remember the last time ANN reviewed an 18+ DVDs/home video release. Again, I didn't have time to look back (that would require a lot of searching, and I did tried, and nothing comes up). Again, if you have link(s) to those review(s), please let me know and I'll stand corrected. |

Maybe it’s me but if you’re someone who essentially drugs people via manipulation, coercion, or deception into having sex with you for the express purpose of getting them to befriend you. You’re kinda already past the point of coming off sympathetic. As that’s not something a morally good character would do. Having said that though it’s not as egregious as standard NTR or other genres which can make all the characters involved unlikable and unsympathetic but still. |

I mean just flipping through a gallery and seeing the tags(which include spoiler["Blood", "Asphyxiation", "Defloration"], and others), I'm honestly baffled at seeing a title like this reviewed here. Multiple times the MC is spoiler[pleading for the male to stop, who ignores her because she's fed him aphrodisiac mushrooms. It's really just a bunch of rough, seemingly non-consensual sex]. I'm not in any way a prude and this is still not really my thing.

I don't know if the main character was pointing a gun at anyone's head to get them to eat those magic mushrooms, but outside of that; everyone with a brain and common sense should know that everyone participating in eating magic mushrooms, (doing drugs and binging on alcohol, these count as well) that they will not be in full control of their faculties and their minds. This is a manga so some sense of the fantastical can be there, and a small suspension of disbelief. In real life, most people, would not be eating strange unidentifiable mushrooms growing randomly on the apartment walls. Though there will be a few adventuring souls that would.
