This is quite interesting manga, and I love how the MC's clearly Catholic influenced morality directs her actions, making the religious part more than just vague theme for S-class yuri. I'm glad it got released in English, it's worth checking out.

Ohh, this has been on my list for some time, just haven't had the chance to poke at its more. Thanks for the review! From the shlock factor (oh how I adore a shlocky good time), to the various yuri angles, and setup in general this sounds like a good time. Enjoyable and informative review, thank you Silverman.

I really like this manga, despite going into it with a full coat of skepticism.
Shlocky is a perfectly fine way to describe it. But it's shlocky in the best way possible. It's like some weird concoction that you whip up from various disparate leftovers in the fridge...and somehow it's delicious.

I read the first two volumes because of this review and quite enjoyed them.

I generally agree with Rebecca's review. The story feels a little uneven and not all of its influences mesh well together based on what I read. I'm also not a fan of game terminology in fantasy as it feels lazy and often pulls me out of any immersion. The art is decent, but as was pointed out already it sometimes has issues.
However, having said that there are somethings that are working for me or that I find interesting. Hinako is an intelligent but painfully naive character and how she will navigate this new world has at least temporarily grabbed my curiosity. While some of the grimdark has me shrugging there has been a little bit of horror that I found effective. There is a little more to Ellis than just being the giant little sister. There are some compelling bits in this story of lonely and traumatized girls living in a dangerous world. Whether the author can pull it off successfully amongst all the schlock is debatable but I'm willing to give the series a shot for now.
