CR lists it for the 7th of April, so it's probably going to air on the 7th still just much later in the day. |

Love live superstar had 48hr NHK blackout - the fact it’s on NHK E-tele and Japanese streaming services are mostly Wednesday onwards I doubt same day transmission for CR |

Did Eupho 2 get a dub? Are the dub actors still active and working fr a CR related dubbing studio? |

I'm all in for Unnamed Memory, is the second title of 4 left in particular I'm interested in (the first one was announced by s!thive), i hope the other two end up in CR too.

DAL and Unnamed Memory aren't a surprise (bummed the latter isn't getting dubbed) but I didn't expect them to get the live action Odd Taxi show.

Not sure if you have read the light novels but it is so good! I really hope they do the adaptation justice. |

What is with the whole "Insert Streaming Platform Jail" thing in streaming exclusives? I'm sorry for asking but I just want to know why. |

It's ENGI, so I wouldn't put expectations too high. |

People always bring up ENGI in a bad light but all the shows I've watched that they've done were really good. Uzaki-chan and Our Dating Story to name a couple. |

Generally, TV anime will air on multiple TV stations and streaming platforms across Japan at a set time, staggered intervals (generally 30~60 minutes) or days following the inital broadcast (anywhere from 1 day to 1 week). NHK is Japan's national public TV broadcaster. So it's more to do with NHK wanting to capitalize on them being "the only" TV station to air it first. The streaming jail term refers to shows which are exclusive to specific platforms, because of a deal that was made with the production team working on the show, or the platform is part of the production team thus getting exclusivity. They want to air it first or only so they can attract customers to their platform. Exclusivity is frowned upon since it forces you to sign up to a platform you might not have access to (most notably Hidive), or it's on a platform which you don't really have any further interest in beyond said show. On the other hand, you have people claiming that one service getting everything is a monopoly and on the other people claiming that having a need to sign up to 5 different platforms to watch 5 shows isn't very consumer friendly. |

Exactly in recent history with Love Live Superstar and Attack on Titan Season 3 they demanded a 48hr exclusivity window. The net effect was other streaming services including overseas ones were delayed for 48hrs. The on air schedule shows Amazon Prime and DAnime etc can stream from Wednesday so the inference of this is although not fully certain that Eupho 3 will like previous shows be in NHK jail till late Tuesday US time |
