Hopefully this is Shaft just trying to get more money towards animating Off Season, Monster Season and Family season. I'm currently on Owarimonogatari Season 2. This series has quickly become a favorite of mine since I finally dove into it.

I wonder if they will finally release the movie in a single box set... and maybe also a Owarimonogatari collection, like they did with Bake and Nise.

So, the Kizu movies are compiled into 1 movie?

Here’s hoping. Kizu is one hell of a 3-hour film, but I’m not paying $90+ for it.

Studio Shaft already has more than enough money to animate the rest of monogatari, especially since their directorial style is based in minimalism. They just weirdly stopped caring about the franchise.
