I was wondering of there was a way to add an anime or manga list from another site like MyAnimeList or Hummingbird. it would take quite a while to copy my list manually.

Unfortunately not.. it has to be done manually
To add mine, I searched up the titles in the encyclopedia one by one and decided to omit my plan to watch. I think it took me about an hour and a half, but you could just link your site of choice as a website in settings and leave it at that. If you do decide to add your list, I wouldn't recommend using the alphabetical order section since the names chosen are sometimes the Romaji ones and sometimes the English ones. Best of luck!
