I tried to post about the episode review for "Tomo-chan Is a Girl" by clicking the "discuss this in the forum" link at the bottom of the article, but it created a post that isn't connected to the episode review itself.

Edit: It seems I'm not the only one. The following topics in the Talkback forum are all unlinked Episode Review topics:
