Thr adaptation leaked almost a month ago. As someone who liked Tasogare Otome no Amnesia but found To The Abandonned Sacred Beasts anime pretty stupid, I am not sure how to react here.

I'm not sure if people would like these especially those that want fast development etc. I remember reading it and it has full of cliches and of course the harem with those wedding rings (each of it). Maybe people will like it because of Hime the gal like princess

There was indeed a leak of the anime's internet domain 2-3 months ago so it's not surprising, for my part i enjoy all of Maybe's manga this one include.

Akari Kitou train does not stop. I shall wait for a trailer first.
Quote: | Gen Satou as Satou |
I love it when this happens. Satou isn't the MC's given name, but his family name. His name is Haruto Satou. Now, what about this? Haruto Satou is now voiced by Gen Satou. To seal this, both Satou's have the same kanji (佐藤). So basically, it's like Gen is voicing a member of his family. It was fate (more like intentional casting) that he got this role.

I remember reading this years ago on Crunchyroll. I enjoyed what I saw, although Maybe's artwork can go janky facially at times. I've been reading/collecting the published manga and outside the harem aspects, which is it's major draw, it's decent. For some reason though, I get the feeling it'll get an average quality adaptation, you just never hear about this being on people's top of the list manga to be animated. Here's hoping...

I wonder if copyright stopped them from keeping the blatant Lord of the Rings reference in the English title (LotR was translated into Japanese as Yubiwa monogatari).
I haven't read this one, but To the Abandoned Sacred Beasts was a fun manga with some gorgeous art, so I might check it out (although the premise sounds less appealing). Hopefully the designs fair better in animated form than TTASB's did. The way that anime handled lighting and color was hard to look at after the manga art.

Hmm.. I faintly remember checking a few chapters of this and not thinking it anything special. I seem only to recall the impression that it was drawn with your trope checklist taped next to the wacom tablet. That doesn't really encourage me to check out the anime version.
I got the feeling that something wasn't quite right so I went and checked. Turns out the feeling was right and I was mixing this up with some other manga, so what I said above is no longer valid.

I thought this was fun so I hope the anime is solid. Pretty decent as far as fantasy Harems/Romance goes.

Super glad this got picked up for an anime. It's one of my favorite Isekais in recent years and I really like the cast as a whole, hoping to see this get 2 cour.

It's one of my favorites too.
Hopefully they'll give it 48 ish episodes to do it justice. They can get away with just covering the fight against the Abyss King. The current arc in the manga is basically relationship building and dealing with fallout.

Huh I do remember reading this manga but didn't know or perhaps forgotten that the mangaka was the same person who did Dusk in Amnesia, but I have not read its manga but I did watch its anime but never finished said anime.

Although the MC in this particular harem is not a total beta or a complete f**-up, at least.

But i feel here it would be like that once it airs but still depend I guess on how people would view it.

Maybe is actually two people, one who writes and one who draws.
