I'm only aware of the original Heart Cocktail anime thanks to a Kenny Lauderdale video that was sadly taken off YouTube. Hopefully these new series will be streamed somewhere.

I don't think it was removed, just made members only like some of his other videos.

Dunno if this new anime will get streamed in english though

NHK is probably the only place this could even air and get decent ratings since it's one of those extremely rare anime for normal Japanese people made well after the Showa era, where all else is for kids, teens, westerners, or otaku.
