He just can't stop losing, can he? I wonder how his cult of supporters will try to make sense of it all this time?

I await the day I never hear his name again with bated breath, but until then I'm appreciative of the content I can point and laugh at. Looking at the bright side of things and all that.
I don't know why he's so determined to get a gotcha outta this, he's out here acting a fool. Like, you're 60, it's okay, you can go back to recording christian rock albums and....... Who knows what else he does, really. You still have an alarmingly loyal fanbase that pay real American dollars for you to say things on Cameo, so I'm sure they'd throw a $20 at you to support that. There's never anything wrong with cutting your losses and moving on.

Vic, I don't mean to kink shame, but maybe don't make your humiliation fetish so public.

You shouldn't kink shame.
Unless kink shaming is your kink.
In which case, carry on as you were.

Can anyone who knows about the law and various other lawyerings confirm whether there any other potential ways for Vic to lose? Or is this basically as far as the case can go?

Not unless he can find a way to attempt to get the SCOTUS to hear his case, though I doubt it’s even something that they’d even care about.

So what is the probability that this is the last chance for Vic and we never have to hear about this legal nonsense again other than the judgement amount?

Let's see, the original court has to re-determine the amount he owns for the defendants legal fees, probably markedly higher. There is still the imposition of fees for the two appeals. Any of those are also subject to appeal. Once that is finally settled, bankruptcy is possible, including litigation about attempts to hide funds, if any.
We may still be hearing about this for another five years or more. Of course by that time people will be saying "Vic who?" so it may no longer be news, even here. Once this is all over an his assets are all distributed, it will be interesting if we can find out who doesn't get paid. Most likely his lawyers, which would explain why they filed an appeal instead of telling him it was a lost cause.

Already seen a couple people on Twitter insisting that this is evidence of something deeply wrong with our justice system and pulling out the old alt-fact rallying banner of "Vic is being denied his day in court!" (The fact that Vic literally had his day in court, giving testimony to a judge and everything, is of course meaningless to them)
