It was confirmed on the official english game discord server that she's staying in her role in the BanG Dream! franchise.

That’s a relief. Losing a third member of Roselia would be bordering on a Spinal Tap-like curse.

I wonder if Roselias touring schedule is to intencive comparing to other BanDori bands? Because they are the only ones to lose RL members (though, previous keybord players health issue were not related, probably) and a bunch of girls from other bands double in D4DJ.
To bad, as while Non-chan is pretty average as a musician, she had the best vocal in Happy Around. It will be a bit hard to get used to her replacement in S2.

Bushiroad really worries me in how they keep using the same VAs in multiple franchises heavy on live performances, so I don't blame her for stepping out of one of them.

Neither seiyuu who graduated from Roselia's issues were caused by them being in Roselia. They also don't have the most intense schedule, I'd say they're second most behind RAISE A SUILEN.

1. We do not know for sure why Yurika Endo left. It was due to "health issues" but it is not clear if they were caused by the scedule or unrelated (and if it was an actual reason at all).
2. Comparing them to RaS is not the best option:
a) Unlike other groups, most of RaS members are pro musicians and so are more accustomed to extencive lives and other stuff.
b) RaS serves as a backup band for groups with no "live musicians" so of course they are busier than other bands.

They haven't done this in some time, majority of of their schedule now is their own tours/lives.

Sounds like she probably can’t handle all the singing required of her character/role in D4DJ anymore, but it makes sense that she could continue as Rinko, since she shouldn’t have to sing as much.
It is concerning to me how many Bushiroad franchise musicians are coming down with these bizarre health issues. Even if their conditions shouldn’t be related to their careers… health issues specifically related to hearing and singing? It’s starting to seem like more of a pattern than a coincidence.
