My takeaway from this writeup is that I should watch it for Yasha (which may have been my plan to begin with). I completely missed that this movie apparently went up on Netflix months ago.

I missed that it was up as well. Sounds like a nice movie to watch before bed.
Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I better watch it before I cancel Netflix. |

After that first panel, no mention of Sailor and the Seven Balls. Pity. Go watch that instead.

Funny you mentioned that. A friend of mine told me that that part of Spirited Away was the most traumatizing bit for her young children, who kept asking for reassurance that their parents wouldn't turn into pigs overnight. The dragons and bloodshed didn't bother them a bit. |

I personally liked this movie. Yeah, it's kinda by-the-numbers, but I think it'd be a great movie to introduce kids to anime for the first time.

Me too. Funny that this week's column about Child of Kamiari Month mentioned A Letter to Momo- Mia Sinclair Jenness bagged the lead role in the dubs of both. She's very, very good. |

Definitely. Her voice acting was definitely the highlight of the dub for sure, and I really hope she manages to get more roles. I'm especially blown away by the fact that she's apparently Emily Bauer's daughter. |

I don't know. I think there is a lot of anime that is worth watching. This is one of them. It depends on what genres you like, but generally, it is worth watching. I recently adopted a child, and he really likes anime fosterplus.org. I feel so good that we have common interests and feel good together. He is a master in it; he has watched other 100 animes. He knows what to recommend. And he is a lovely human being, so he accepts the bad ones. I think animes have taught him a lot about human nature. He is so calm and accepts everyone as they are. I should learn this from him.
