Sex Joke The Manga is ending? After all these years with no story progression whatsoever.
But, It was literally unreadable at times because of how repetitive it was. I am pretty surprised that it went to serialize for nearly 15 years. If not for the constant OVA promotions, I wonder how long would have been its serialization time.
I haven't constantly read this one, but the OVA series was fun dumb times.

One of the best. Worst part is we don't have it available in English.

That's too bad. Seitokai Yakuindomo is certainly my favorite member of the oddly well-populated field of high-school-girls-cracking-sex-jokes-manga. But seriously, I've always been oddly charmed by the whole thing for some reason that probably doesn't hold up under scrutiny. I'll be sad to see it go
(I admit to being puzzled by people complaining about a lack of "progress" in this sort of character-driven gag manga. Did they have the same complaints about Peanuts or Calvin and Hobbes? I'm not joking there; I seriously maintain that those sorts of comics are the intended model — focused on a small ensemble cast and an increasing halo of secondary characters; occasional short storylines but each strip has to land its own gag; passage of time attached to publication time but desynchronized from years, so they celebrate a dozen Christmases but stay the same age; and continuity or character development existing mostly in the form of callbacks and running gags. Manga has its own well-established tradition of works in exactly this vein, Sazae-san being only the most archetypical example.)

I enjoyed the series but I do think the last couple of chapters, there doesn't seem to be any real progress with character relationships or plot.
Hopefully, now that it is about to end these things will progress

I've seen all the animated content and loved it. I hope we get a bit more before things are over. I've followed the manga only here and there, but the format does easily allow that. Despite that I would enjoy seeing some progress in the end

Well that's sad to hear. Maybe they might do another season to celebrate the end of the manga.
