Mike Smith (person#11696) is a name used by two different people involved in anime:

1. Michael Lloyd Smith (original) - Faulconer Productions ghostwriter credited as Michael Smith for being the mixing engineer during the Frieza and Android sagas, as Mike Smith for being the synthesist of the Android saga, and as Mike Smith again for being the music engineer of the Buu Saga.

2. Mike Smith Rivera (new) - New York-based actor and comedian affiliated with 4K Media/Konami Cross Media NY credited as Mike Smith by the end of Zexal and the start of Zexal II and as Michael Smith later on in Zexal II and in Duel Links. Please note that "Mike Smith Rivera" has not once been used officially.

Everything Geek Podcast conducted an interview with Mike Smith Rivera after its founder and host (Ruari Williamson) discovered a link to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Mike Smith after coming across Rivera's voice demo on a hunch and receiving an email confirmation, as discussed in an earlier Reddit post.

The official Yu-Gi-Oh! website credited both of Rivera's major roles in Zexal (Quattro and Vetrix) to Michael Smith - the name he used by the end of Zexal II. This is similar to how the official website credited Ted Lewis' first series roles (such as Bandit Keith) to Ed Paul rather than Ted Lewis, as Ted had shifted to Ed Paul by the end of the first series despite starting with Ted.

As the one who added all the Yu-Gi-Oh! voice roles under Mike Smith's profile here, I purposely did so to avoid confusion with the editor Michael Smith (#51228) (Michael T. Smith, supposedly) who worked on Astro Boy until I could find confirmation to split the DBZ musician from the Yu-Gi-Oh! voice actor. That day is today.

Thus, please split the voice acting roles from #11696 [Mike Smith (music engineer)] into a new entry [Mike Smith (voice actor)] (the birth name, picture and website all pertain to the former). If it is deemed appropriate to additionally create Michael Smith (music engineer) and Michael Smith (voice actor) and attach them to their respective entries to prevent further confusion (given that those variations exist in ending credits per the references above), please then change the heading of #51228 to Michael Smith (editor) in kind.

Thank you.

EDIT: Added link to Mike Smith Rivera's official website
