I was wondering if Funi still had the license or Crunchyroll ? If the deal with Crunchy go through, i hope Funimation not just can dub the S2 but also finally being able to Dub the movie in english. imagine if the character from movie are appear on S2 like Mahouka did and Funi just dub S2 and not dub the movie it will make the dub only audience bit confused, i mean its little bit salty that Crunchyroll dub the movies in french, german, spanish and portuguese but not include an english dub.

Crunchyroll has had a stick up their you know what for awhile in regards to cooperating with past licenses funimation dubbed for them. Unless it was a previously joint license with funimation they aren't bothering with them to dub a second season of various shows. Its sad really.

Well if the DOJ/Antitrust and Sony thing goes well. Is Crunchyroll will letting Funimation dub the movie in english and dub the S2 ?

CR has the license not Funi. See link below: animenewsnetwork.com/press-release/2017-01-24/crunchyroll-announces-winter-2017-anime-lineup/.111421 Interestingly this is one of the few shows where Funi dubbed that is only available on CR. CR is mostly likely going to license the show and depending on the circumstances they may let Funi stream S1 dub again and have Funi dub the second season. |

This is great news a sequel I can get excited about after finishing the huge disappointment Devil Is a Part Timer's ending ruined the 2nd Anime season for me.
Still waiting for the physical release of Tanya the Movie it's been nearly 2 years and it's still not available for purchase. Blood- as for the light novels the first season and movie cover you'll have to read the first 4 books. But the light novels are a little different and omit certain things they added to the Anime but they definitely worth reading even though they take forever to release them at a rate of 3 books a year if you lucky now it's every 6 months. |
