I wasn't paying enough attention. I had no idea that the second film was releasing so soon after the first. Maybe I won't have to wait as long for a release here as I thought.

Yeah, guess they are a two part work like the Kyoto arc duology

No, The Beginning is a prequel based on the Kenshin OVAs. It's not "part 2" of The Final or anything.
The Final will be streamed on Netflix in parts of Asia later this month. If you are not in one of the countries where it will be streaming, you can use a VPN to access.

It looks like its going to be streamed in the USA too. It's on my "Arriving Next Week" Netflix list
