LOL, what decision? It was adapting a video game, and finished adapting the video game. It's not like it was canceled.

Well, spin-offs very rarely get localized in general. Heck, a lot of them don't even have full scanlations (most are dropped within a handful of chapters). The majority of the time, they just lack interest. Really, it's only the ones that are clearly canon that receive any interest. Also, with this manga in particular, since it's adapting a video game, and has Namco Bandai involved, there's probably additional licensing fees involved, so even if the interest was there, it's probably not worth dealing with Namco Bandai.

I don't remember, any spin-off's localized by Legal Firms, might be they localized some spin-off but I don't remember tbh.
