In episode 67 of GeGeGe no Kitaro (2018) there's a role of "young man". Actor, who played the role, listed as Kosuke Watanabe (渡邊 幸輔) (person#184894).
Most likely (I'd say 99%) it's a mistake, since there's a voice actor Kohsuke Tanabe (田邊 幸輔) (person#175260), who is a regular voice actor, voicing background characters in this series. Also, all cast memebers for background characters in Kitaro are from Aoni Production. There's no Kosuke Watanabe in Aoni, just Kohsuke Tanabe. In fact, there's no information about voice actor Kosuke Watanabe in the internet at all. Search results lead up only to the credits of the said episode.
