Guess the anime ought to complete the story I hope.

Is my third fav anime of the season after The Ones Within and Given.

In fact, though there is a place name ('千束') of which reading is 'Senzoku' in Taitō Ward, to read a person's name '千束' as 'Senzoku' seems to be somewhat odd, while to read a person's name '千束' as 'Chizuka' sounds more natural.

As I have said in the 'Name reading assistance' thread, perhaps Anime News Network should ponder how they deal with Japanese names which are difficult for them to read.
