Them's fightin words sir. To be fair I can somewhat understand if the manga's humor just wasn't for them combined with One's artstyle which, admittedly did take me a minute to get used to. That and if you ask me it does take a minute for you to really get what exactly the series is trying to do and I forgot how far volume one goes (if they were only basing them off a single volume.) but uh yeah, talk about controversial pick. Certainly not one I agree with. |

Nice to see Honda-san, CITY and Golden Kamuy on the list.
It might not have the prettiest art but the Mob Psycho manga is great. I still need to read Witch Hat Atelier and Girl From the Other Side. |

Deb has a Twitter thread about the picks, with some minor details. In the case of Rob picking Mob Psycho 100 as his "Worst", it seems to be that he doesn't think it's bad, per se, but rather is just boring; the crowd at SDCC did react to him accordingly, by the way.

> Worst Ehhh ok, but it would be interesting to hear the reasoning why it would be worse than say, Shield Hero. Then again, it is entirely conceivable Rob has managed to avoid the true stinkers, so having to settle on MP100 as the worst makes him a lucky guy. |

Not only did Rob pick Mob Psycho as his worst series, but he chose Bleach as best continuing series. I wish Bleach wasn't over too man, believe me, but it's time to accept it.

Its really cool that Chihayafuru and Ace of diamond are selected as best manga. Underrated series. and of course, Jojo greatness has to be one of the best manga to be picked too

To be honest, in the Worst Manga section, I wouldn't want to have read any of the rest.
When it comes to Mob Psycho 100 though, while I absolutely loved both anime series and would watch a third if that happens, I bought the first volume of the manga and bounced off it so hard I cancelled my pre-order for the second volume. Is definitely one of those cases where the anime adaptation bests the source material. In the unlicensed section, I would totally buy March Comes In Like A Lion, also when I read Maison Ikkoku I had a mish-mash of editions, some flipped, some not flipped, some overlapping, some gaps, so if that got a nice shiny new release as Urusei Yatsura has it'd be a day one purchase. Of course, my own top choice for Most Wanted (Unlicensed) Manga is fated to always be Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou which I would absolutely love to own in book form. A lovely set of omnibus releases would be fantastic. |

Everyone's shocked by Mob being on anyone's worst list, but here I am surprised there's no love or mention of The Quintessential Quintuplets, as far as i can see at least. It's one of the most popular ongoing romance manga, likely the most popular overall right now.

I sucked in a breath at Mob Psycho's placement, though I can understand why someone wouldn't like it. I started reading it when it got picked up in Germany and was really drawn in by the first few volumes, but somewhere half-way through reading it has become a bit of a chore.
Completely agree with Lupin III being on the most wanted list. I throw it in every licence survey I take. I have most of the old Tokyopop volumes, but I'd just really like to throw those away and replace them with a nice omnibus release, something along the lines of Seven Seas's Dragon Half. |

I think Eden's Zero is not for kids because it contains fan service and ecchi. Same with BEASTARS, which also doesn't look kid friendly. About Mob Psycho 100 on worst manga list, sorry that's such an absurd. And it's good to see Lupin III manga is made to most wanted list.
