I get the feeling that Youtsuki is better off financially. lol
Anyway, this is a bit too much for me, it feels like he has let his obsession with Rem take over maybe a little too much of his life. But whatever floats his boat, I guess. |

I feel like he should get a nicer car, honestly. Maybe that's what is bothering me.
If you can drop that much on an itasha, and on a single character, in general, you should upgrade your ride to something that matches the lifestyle. At least get a Speed3, instead of the basic trim. |

As with a couple of others here, I am kind of getting the feeling that he's not actually that well off. You can borrow enough to buy most of this stuff without needing too much credit, honestly. I mean, I know a lot of people who spend close to $10k per year on anime BDs and merchandise, while working fairly standard, or below average paying jobs. They just happen to also live with their parents, or have roommates, or something else that makes that feasible. |

Emilia is the main girl. Occasionally, the main girl in an anime is the most-popular girl in terms of fan base and merchandising. What is it about Rem that makes her so popular, other than she is attractive? |

Theres a number of things that could endear her to fans more than the main character. Certainly appearance is the major one but things like personality, chemistry with the main character, cuteness, relatability(liking someone who doesn't like you back as much, not being a demon maid), her iterations/relations on screen, etc. I myself like rem more only because of what I've seen from the anime she seems like a more compatible match for Subaru. I'd love to be able to spend this much stuff on anime merch without regrets. My object of adoration would be either Sakura(F/SN) or Tamamo(F/E). |
