Given that each of the 4 "A Certain..." series have been 2 cours, there is little reason to expect this one to be an exception.

Pretty obvious that I am hyped up for this. More Misaka and Touma and Misaka 10032 is never bad.

For some reason, I thought we already knew this. Or maybe I just made assumptions since we knew it was October and that's basically the best day to premiere. Also, it's basically 10 years from when season 1 aired (Oct 4/5, 2008).
