Both Raku and Chitose are missing from the cast pictures because they were already featured in a previous news item.

Does Bleach Movie give hope for new season? Nah, it's not how it works, movies have nothing to do with continuations

From the article, above the picture of the actress in question:
Quote: | ...while Ayami Nakajō (Anonymous Noise, Lychee Light Club, Fatal Frame, right) stars as Chitoge Kirisaki. |
To clarify, I changed "The cast includes:" to "The rest of the cast includes:"
I hope that helps.

If they do approach another Bleach season, Kubo should just tell them everything he had in mind before he had to rush to end it all, so the anime can take a different route and be something different to make it worthwhile.
As for Nisekoi, I dunno. I personally didn't think SHAFT was the way to go with it. And I like SHAFT. But felt the anime should've been more straightforward in terms of style like past classic anime slapstick romance comedies.

I actually think SHAFT's work added to the series' quirky charm in a way, while still capturing the look and feel of the manga quite well.
The voice cast also helped a lot.
