So, if I read this right, it also include Digimon? Any hopes Hasbro may make new uncut and unedited dub for all Digimon series? What? Can't I dream? |

Given some of their troubles earlier in the year I'm not sure I want Hasbro to be picking this up right now, but i haven't checked my shares since then.

Now that Hasbro has PreCure/Glitter Force I’m wondering if they’ll market it differently than Saban. Like will it possibly air on US TV and will we finally get toys in the US like we did years ago for Ojamajo Doremi?

I highly doubt it. |

Saban didn't own Digimon for quite some time now. That is why Tri was done by Toei themselves. |

Saban lost Digimon Adventure-Savers about two years ago actually and was close to losing Fusion (source) so I can only see Hasbro letting the rest of that show's deal run out. As for Tri and Appmon, both have been handled by Toei themselves with the latter already getting TV deals in parts of Europe. |

Thanks guys for explanation. I knew Tri was handled by Toei themselves. I wasn't aware that Saban lost rights to other series except Fusion.
And interesting tidbit of info for me in that twitter post is that Turner got rights to Universe, which may mean we will get dub here since we recently got our own CN feed, which sounds interesting to me. But then again our CN dropped Yo-Kai Watch pretty quickly (though they still dubbed a few episodes), so who knows. |

It wouldn't surprise me if the whole Fiasco regarding the glitter force name ended up being one the main Cause for Saban's downfall.

It's more likely because of the Power Rangers movie than anything else. |

I'm pretty sure you're overestimating the impact that Glitter Force had on anything. Will be interesting to see if Hasbro actually does something with the brand though. |

Saban was essentially a one-hit-wonder company. They struck gold with Power Rangers, but everything else was just sort of there. Digimon was nowhere near as big as Pokemon, and the rest of their Saturday morning line-up was nothing big, then Disney took both of those away from them. They managed to get PR back, but by then nobody cared about PR anymore and it was an outdated franchise and property. They could have mined the nostalgia with the movie, but the movie has almost nothing to do with the campy, cheesy 90s adaption of Zyuranger and was their own attempt at a Marvel movie. |

Almost all entertainment assets, except the animated series Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty (which has not yet been released), the reality show La Banda and the famous Latin American boy band CNCO. The lifestyle assets are still owned by Saban (Paul Frank, Macbeth, Mambo, Piping Hot). However, the animated series based on Paul Frank, Julius Jr., was sold to Hasbro. The whereabouts of the rights of the Chinese animated series distributed by Saban, Kibaoh Slashers, is unknown. As well as the rights of Masked Rider and Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog. |

I think Hasbro isn't gonna let this collect dust, and why not try something like My Little Pony x Pre Cure?

I'd watch that. Seriously, though, Hasbro treats its girls' properties well, so this might be Precure's big break. |
