According to a cursory query of the ANN encyclopaedia, such a ratio is actually slightly lower than what one would expect.

Speaking of, the most interesting thing regarding Sailor Moon's English first dub is that Kirsten Bishop (R.I.P.) did excellent ohoho laughs for female Zoisite, Esmeraude, and Kaolinite.

How often does this trope cross over into the English dubs? I found a dub version of one from Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya, but it doesn't quite sound like the same laugh.
