LOL so was I. Imagine that same serene PV and then all of a sudden it changed into a booze party with naked men with cakey as the icing on the cake. Itll get a visible laugh out of anyone I bet

This PV was pretty much a joke, you know the saying, the calm before the storm and this one is a huge one Smile

I have no clue about this series, did not know it even existed until the anime production was leaked a couple months back.

However considering about how whacked a such a comedy galore this series is and now with this pv and everyone is suggesting it is a false advertisement, which i find even more intriguing. I have to check it out.

Going in fully Blind tough, so i wont read the source material yet, i wanna experience this hype first hand myself.

Quick Question: Is this still about diving? As i live on an island nation and diving is one more hobbies so i wanna know if i could maybe relate more with it.

This serie is mainly humoristic, the same kind of comic than gintama, shimoneta and such, dirty joke and ridiculous characters. The diving part are rather serious, highly instructive and well done but it's clearly not the priority there, i'd say it's about 15-20% of the manga so far.

if you are looking for a good laugh, this one is seriously effective but even if you're only interested in the diving side, this one will most likely please you

Damn I was hoping for Oonuma Shin to get this adaptation because he did the adaptation for baka to test. Though I think Takamatsu Shinji will do an excellent job directing and I think Zero G is a pretty good studio after Tsugomomo. I'm hoping they get an Andrew W.K. (or a Japanese equivalent style) song for either the opening or ending. This is going to be a fun ride.

Well, if there’s at least one person that knows comedy, it’s Shinji Takamatsu. Zero-G is a relatively new studio, is it not? Surely, there’s no reason due to this news to lose all hope for this show before it even airs. Hopefully, they can make the anime entertaining. There can always be a breakout show for any studio.

Such a misleading PV xDD

I'm worried about the studio, but I think Shinji Takamatsu can make it work.

Well I did read one of the posts here saying something about booze and nude men. It is more of a comedy slice of life anime, with less on diving and more on drinking, but it does have a bit of romance. Razz
