So what I’m getting from this is Toonami is ending it’s run and Funimation will take over releasing new episodes once it’s caught up on their streaming site. Right?

This won't affect the Toonami airing. Mo' anime in mo' places.

How did you get that from this:

So every 2 weeks 13 new dubbed episodes? At least until it catches up with the Japan airing. Am I reading that right?

Nope, and English isnt even my mother tongue lol. After 13 episodes (13 weeks) 13 episodes get released on FunimationNow 2 weeks after the 13th episode.

Have to account for holiday marathons as well some weeks. Thatll push things back by a week

The thing that sucks about cast announcements is that, outside of simuldubs, Funi will likely keep us a waiting a few more months. I do feel for dubbed VA who so want to reveal a title they recently worked on, but NDAs are the legal barrier against it.
