Assuming that its name is descriptively accurate, that sea-salt popsicle is perhaps a more bold example of experimental cuisine...

It's one of the major symbols of the KH franchise; they'd be crazy not to include it. I believe it originated in one of the Asian Disneylands before it was featured in the games, however.
Obligatory "Who will I eat ice cream with?" reference. *sniffle*

That crescent chocolate parfait seems to be the only food I would be able to enjoy from this menu. Most of the other dishes are just too plain to attract.

I've actually had sea salt ice cream a few times in Japan, in coastal towns, so the flavor isn't really that novel for people here from what I can tell. There's one ice cream chain in Osaka at least that also usually sells whitebait (shirasu) flavor ice cream. I can't tell if it's novelty or not, but it's also a very salty flavor, mixed in with a bit of fishiness. It's an interesting experience to say the least.
The sea-salt popsicle was, by comparison, really tasty.
