Somehow, I knew it would come to this. Unfortunately, the anime fandom suffers from similar amounts of extremism and zealotry as some other fandoms. I've said it a million times - we have so many people who want things to remain stale and unchanging, almost like a religious order where new ideas are seen as heresy by large portions of the fanbase. Heretics like Wingard must be eliminated. |
