I hope this change is for the better. I wish her the best of luck.

I hope this doesn't end up breaking up Petit Milady cause that would make me a sad panda. Regardless of what happens in the future, I hope this turns out for the better and that she gets more work then she does at the moment.

Come to think of it aside from a few big long running franchises like Sword Art Online she hasn't gotten much good work recently. She's gone from super popular powerhouses like K-On! and Oreimo to bit parts and bottom of the barrel ecchi shows that sell a few thousand at best.
Then again I could just be overthinking it. There's a good chance that they're unrelated issues.

Here's hoping Ayane-san's change of agencies works out for the better.
Perhaps she might pick up a few new personas at her new place...

Unless it affects her getting gigs, why does it matter her revealing that she switched agencies?

It sometimes can. More importantly, it matters to other voice acting professionals and people who may hire her for work. It's like changing companies even if you're doing the same job.

Assemble Heart and Link Plan are both part of Pro Fit.

I'm guessing that Pro Fit is the parent company of the former two?

Well, a quick check shows that both petit milady and her solo music career seem to be moving along fine, with regular releases and maybe not amazing but still respectable sales rankings.
